Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood

Attended a most exquisite wine tasting event featuring Justin Winery on Nov 9,2025. Arrived early and ordered a libation at the bar. I have to express how impressed I was with the Bartender, inquiring his name, he stated Johnny. Not only did he make an excellent Espresso Martini, his stellar and eloquent demeanor was top notch and rare to find much anymore. As the wine tasting event started, I noticed Johnny was not only attending to customers at the bar, he also was checking with the Sommelier of Justin. Quite impressed with his service and professionalism. I travel alot and a member of Inspirato Resorts and am always impressed with excellent service from employees. Thank you Johnny for your hospitality and lovely demeanor.

Hotel room and location were good. Grant and the concierge team and front desk could not have been more helpful. Continental breakfast fine once the server acknowledged we existed. Very unpleasant, seemed put out when we asked what our choices were. Not a good look for the Hotel. We saw this happen repeatedly during our brief breakfast.

Stayed here for a Warner Bros tour and this location was perfect! The hotel was clean and the Concierge staff were polite and helpful, especially Grant. I would stay here again. The only negative part of our visit was the waitress at the continental breakfast. She took everyone's order except ours and was dismissive. I met another guest in line for coffee who had a similar experience. Overall this was a wonderful stay in a clean and safe hotel!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and give such a warm, welcoming vibe. A special thank you to the concierge mam (sorry forgot his name) for being super helpful and accommodating an early check-in (subject to availability). A big thank you to Luccia at the front desk — she’s an absolute sweetheart and made the check-in process so delightful. Also, a shoutout to the valet attendant (tall and wears glasses) who was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding street parking. Would definitely stay here again. The bed was incredibly comfortable — especially for someone who has a hard time sleeping anywhere other than their own bed — I slept like a baby. The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights last week. Great service from Andrew from the moment we turned up. Andrew is genuine and welcoming, the kind of hospitality you expect from much higher priced hotels. Thank you, our family appreciates you. Rooms we nice and well organised. The included Continental breakfast was underwhelming, but when we ordered scrambled eggs they were very nice. Unfortunately they forgot to make our room on the last night and we were out all day. When we informed them they sent a set of fresh towels up immediately, which was good. Bar is great but a little pricey. Pool area is nice, clean and easy to hang out in. Overall I would stay there again.

We had an incredible experience at Hotel Amarano in Burbank. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff set the tone with their friendliness and attention to detail, even remembering my name the next day in the elevator! The front desk team was friendly and professional. We had two rooms, and one of our guests is quadriplegic. The staff went above and beyond by allowing an early check-in to handle a medical need and were wonderfully accommodating when we had to make changes due to health circumstances. That level of care meant so much to us. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with beautiful robes and a Lavazza coffee maker (though a quick instruction card would be helpful). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything here feels elevated from the standard hotel experience. Room service was fast and friendly. After a long day, we ordered multiple entrees and drinks; all the food was delicious, cocktails were great too. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we could fault, and I feel like that's so rare these days. The location is perfect, and the little touches made a big difference, like providing umbrellas for our rainy Warner Bros. Studio tour. It’s clear that the staff is what makes this hotel truly exceptional. We looked at other hotels before booking and are so glad we chose Hotel Amarano. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The rooms are beautifully designed—modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to studios, restaurants, and all the Burbank/Hollywood attractions. The on-site bar and pool area were also fantastic for relaxing after a long day. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Was at the Hotel Amarano for work for two nights and was so pleased with my stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable and the staff (especially Wendy at the front desk who was so kind!) gave such excellent service.
